Using Just Binge
These Terms govern your use of Just Binge. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
The service
Just Binge is operated by Neuvant Creative LLC. It helps people discover television, keep a show library, build profiles and discuss shows. Ratings and editorial recommendations are informational. Original-network labels do not guarantee current streaming access, price or availability in your country.
Accounts and eligibility
Use your own sign-in identity and protect access to it. You must be at least 16 years old to use Just Binge. Do not impersonate others or create accounts to evade moderation.
Community conduct
Label spoilers. Do not post harassment, threats, spam, unlawful material, private information about others, or material you lack permission to share. You remain responsible for your contributions. Moderation may hide or remove content and restrict participation.
Your content and deletion
You retain ownership of your original contributions. By submitting content, you grant Neuvant Creative LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce and display that content as needed to operate Just Binge, consistent with your privacy settings. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content. Public material can be seen and copied by others. Account deletion removes your post text and attribution while retaining blank thread placeholders.
Third-party information
Show data, artwork, trailers and linked services belong to their respective providers or rights holders. TVmaze data is attributed under its stated license. Just Binge does not sell streaming access or guarantee third-party accuracy or uptime.

Service availability and your rights
We may update features and temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security or operational reasons. The service and recommendations are provided as available; we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every recommendation or third-party listing will be accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Ending use and reporting concerns
You can stop using Just Binge at any time and delete your account from Account data. We may restrict accounts or remove content for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. To question a moderation decision or report a rights concern, email support@justbinge.com with the relevant page URL and details.
Changes to these Terms
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or request agreement to material changes before they take effect.
