Who operates Just Binge

Just Binge is operated by Neuvant Creative LLC. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@justbinge.com.

Information we use

Email one-time-code sign-in supplies your verified account email and identity; no third-party OAuth is used. Lovable Cloud authentication stores your email and session credentials. We link authentication to a separate internal account ID; Just Binge does not collect a password. Signing up does not enroll you in marketing. Original production accounts have not been imported into staging. If you contact support, we receive the email address and information you include in your message. We store the profile information and avatar you provide, Top 4, saved shows, ratings, viewing progress, favorites, taste preferences, follows, blocks, Discuss posts, likes and reports.

How we use information

We use account information to sign you in, save your library, personalize recommendations, display your profile, calculate taste matches and operate Discuss. We use reports and interaction limits to moderate abuse, support messages to respond to your requests, and the measurements described below to understand use of the service.

Public and private information

Public profiles share your saved taste and profile activity. Private profiles restrict their show lists and taste details to approved followers; your name, avatar and @handle remain visible. Posts in Discuss remain public even when your profile is private. Blocking limits signed-in interactions; it cannot prevent someone from reading public content while signed out. Example profile numbers are illustrative and are not real member activity.

Storage, cookies and outside services

Lovable Cloud operates authentication, PostgreSQL application storage and protected avatar storage. Your browser stores the sign-in session. Your browser uses temporary session storage to preserve drafts and attempted actions through sign-in. Existing local taste saves may be migrated into your account. TVmaze supplies show data; YouTube embeds and external artwork can send requests, including network information, to their hosts. Those providers have their own privacy practices. Background video may load automatically unless reduced motion is enabled.

Measurement

We record anonymous mood interactions without account IDs, search text or device fingerprints. We do not install third-party ad pixels. Hosting providers may process technical request logs. We also count profile-builder starts. Signed-out starts are daily aggregate counts; a temporary tab-session flag reduces repeats and no visitor ID is sent. For signed-in members, we store one timestamp per milestone against the internal account ID: signup completed, profile start, first save, first Discuss contribution, first measured visit, and visits on UTC day 7 and day 30 after that first visit. These records are pseudonymous, not anonymous. We do not store every page view, search terms, IP addresses or device fingerprints in these product metrics. Account-linked milestones are deleted with the account; anonymous daily totals cannot identify you. They are operational counts, not audited unique-person counts. All measurements in this unpublished staging app are marked as test data.

Sharing and service providers

Public profile information and Discuss contributions are shared as described above. Our hosting, authentication, storage and email providers process information needed to deliver their services. Technical requests to embedded content providers are subject to their own privacy policies. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to investigate abuse and protect users or the service. We do not sell account records or install third-party advertising trackers.

Your controls

Use Account data to download your profile, library, ratings, preferences and posts or delete your account. Deletion removes live account records and avatar; post text and identity are removed while blank placeholders preserve others’ replies. Deleting a public profile alone is different and preserves account data. Copies already made by others cannot be recalled. If cleanup fails, this browser retains a deletion recovery receipt so you can retry even after sign-in is removed. Only the identifiers needed to finish cleanup are retained until completion; the receipt cannot access your account data.

You can correct your profile in Settings. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, email support@justbinge.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account. Available rights depend on applicable law.

Retention

Account records remain in the active database until you remove them or delete your account. Account deletion applies to our live application records; copies in hosting backups and technical logs may remain under the providers’ retention processes. We do not promise immediate removal from backups or logs. Support correspondence is separate from the in-app account records; contact support if you also want that correspondence removed, subject to applicable legal requirements.
